Please have the following information ready to give to our Controller, who will use this information to validate your policy;

• Membership number
• Your return telephone number and area code
• The precise location of your vehicle
• Details of the problem
• Any additional information you feel may be useful to us

Please remember to guard your safety at all times but remain nearby your vehicle until our recovery operator arrives. Once on scene please be guided by our recovery operators safety advice.
