NCI Pet Insurance Is Going Paperless

At NCI Pet Insurance we're always looking to improve the service we offer and are committed to making your experience as easy as possible. As part of our ongoing commitment, we are making some changes to the communications we send you.

From May 2015 we're going paperless and will start to send you communications via email.

  • You will be able to benefit from instant access to your policy documents wherever you are and no longer have to wait around for the post.
  • We will be able to keep you up-to-date with the progress of a claim every step of the way, so you won't have to worry.
  • By reducing the cost of postage we'll be able to reinvest in further improvements to the service we provide you.
  • It’s good for the environment too! By choosing to go paperless you're helping us to reduce our carbon footprint.

Going paperless is easy! If you have already provided us with your email address we will automatically start to email all communication to you from May 2015.

Q. I pay for my policy by monthly Direct Debit, will this affect how I receive communication from Close Premium Finance?
No, Close Premium Finance will continue to communicate by email and/or post depending on the preference that you have agreed with them.

Q. Is going paperless secure?
Whilst we make every effort to ensure emails and their attachments are free from any virus, you should always ensure they are actually virus free by carrying out your own virus and other checks as you consider appropriate.

Q. How do I opt out of paperless communication?
If you prefer to receive your communication in the post, you can opt out by submitting your details on this page and selecting the option to opt-out.

Q. Will I be charged if I choose to opt out?
No, there is currently no additional charge for selecting to receive your documents in the post.
